following observations were made onl 11950:

a. soviet Locomotive Colu . stationed in Brett Litovsk,
handles the soviet express rain, the so-called Blue :express,
operating daily in both directions to and from Berlin and Brest
Litovsk via t ranl:furt/Qder.
b. One German head guard and one German conductor will escort the
train between Frankfurt/Odor and Berlin. They will be replaced
by two Polish railroad personnel between Frankfurt/Oder and
Brest Litovsk.
c. On arrival from Brest Litovsk the train will be split in Berlin-
Koepenick. One section conuizting of the baggage car, diner and
the 3rd class coaches will be directed to Rurnaelsburg via 1?erlin-
Cchlesischer Bahnhof, the remainder being dispatched to 5edd:bi.
On the Journey to Brest Litovsk both sections will be coupled in
Berlin. $ cv .ick.

Locomotive Coluian Also operates the soviet leave trains
between irankfurt Oder and Brest Litovsk. For the presents, on
one train operates daily. A second train will be added on
'-'ednesdays and Saturdays.

aA Two Soviet leave trains operate daily He tween Frankffur?t/Odor
and Brest Litovsk, both directions. The leave trains are handled
by Locomotive Column. 0 which is stationed in Brest Litovsk.
No information is available as to whether it is planned to trans-
fer this colum=n into the interior of the U.3, a, R.
Former Gorman Locomotive Colur has been deactivated. Its
locomotives have been turned over to soviet Locomotive Column
and the German personnel of the orgtinization were assigned
to the columns continuing in operation.
