1. Because of an increase in the activities of tze
Program. Design Group, a revision of the PDG administrative
structure is required. Tle continuing need for briefing
and indoctrinating memberF; of other groups working in
CHIVE and in addition other organizations outside of
CHIVE have all beqn to iLpose heavily on the time usually
allocated to the development of the CAPRI system.
2. Therefore, PDG wti . l he subdivided Into two sections.

3. The CAPRI section will be concerned with all of
the tasks necessary for t1 a development and implementation
of the CAPRI system. Thus the basic areas of responsibility:
Input Processing; File Ma;(ntezance; Control; and Language
Selection and Display, renain as they are currently.
4. The Training and Support section will be concerned
with such problems as dictionary building, page reader
usage and acceptance, briefings about the CAPRI system,
and training of informatic. a analysts and file analysts.
