(Unclassified - RJK) Delivered to the office of Representative Silvio O. Conte (D. , Mass.), a copy of a letter dated 6 March 1.975 from General Walters to a professor at Williams College. The original had alrea.d been mailed directly to the college and this copy was merely to complete the Congressman's file on the matter. 6. (Unclassified - RJK) Met with Shay Pollard, on the staff of Representative Les Aspin (D., Wisc. ), and provided her with several. Middle East maps per her request. 7. (Unclassified - RJK) Met with Eric Foreman, a Department of Commerce detailee on the staff of Representative Donald W. Riegle, Jr.. (D., Mich.), and provided him with a map of the Middle E-ist and a copy of the unclassified January 1975 NIS Fact Book. 8. (Internal Use Only - RJK) Spoke with Paul Zinsmeister, Congressional Research Service, T.ihrar r r,f r _.nr.s. He had a number of questions about the availability of Agency personnel manuals for,. as he put it, "Senator Church's Select Committee and other committees. " After checking with P, I advised Zinsmeister that our personnel manuals were classified but that if he wished to pose a specific question in the personnel area we would be very happy to give him an answer. I told him as far as the Church Select Committee is concerned there was a line of communication already established between the Committee and the Agency and any questions should be submitted in that manner. Percy's (R. , Ill.) staff; Greg Rushford, Representative Clarence J_ong's (D. , Md. ) staff; Pierre Olney, Representative Pierre S. du Pont; III's (R. , Del, ) staff, and Jodie Levin-Epstein, Senator Dick Clark's (D. , Iowa) staff.. 4.
