defense articles transferred to a foreign country was included
in the total reported to the Congress by the Defense Security
Assistance Agency (DSAA). On 30 July 1976, the statutory re-
quirement of reporting transfers of excess property to foreign
governments was repealed. Presently, there is no reporting
requireme. of which we are aware. We see no restrictive
covenants (fu HH,R. 10691 that would inhibit the performance of
our logic s mission, nor do we see any provision thereof
