1. Herewith the four numbers of Studies in Intelligence
for 1965.
2. The Board of Editors has just awarded this year's
25X1 prize to or his article "On Estimating Reactions."
This article appears in the Summer number and is marked with
a paperclip.

6. Incidentally, last year the publication was
brought to the attention of CINCLANT who was well enough
impressed to write the CNO suggesting that major naval
commands would be interested. As a result we distribute
some 60-75 copies to these commands.
