Armed Services Committee
1. This memorandum is for information or~.y.
2. _ Since the Congress convened in the second seoeion, we have
raised the problem of a meeting of the CIA Subcommittee or. a number
of occasions with the Chief Counsel. He, i s tarn, has raised tkris with
Chairman Vinson but other business has precluded such a meeting.
