Foreign Broadcast Information Branch: This Branch which was originally under the Federal. Cora . wnications Unfortunately, it is impossible to give specific savings in either money or manpower. This is because the functions of the Office of Operations are- either unique - as they savings by eliminating duplication and overlapping in the collection of intelligence.
