The sixteenth meeting of The President's Committee
on Information Activities Abroad will be held in Room 213
of the Executive Office Building on Friday, December 2.
Hours of the meeting will be as follows:
Morning 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Lunch 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 P.M.
Afternoon 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Mr. Sprague has asked me to inform the members of
the Committee that he believes that if the Committee could
also meet Saturdaymorning,~ceiber; 3rd,.Y it might well
be possible to complete the Committee's work at that time.
