1. A Charter Panel meeting was held 27 June
at 0900 hours. Those present were

2. AO/ORD obtained for our review copies
of Career Panel charters from OSI, FMSAC, and
OEL. They also determined that neither OSA nor
OSP have a Career Service charter.
3. Attached is a draft of a recommended
new charter for the ORD Career Panel which reflects
