We are running into a bit of difficulty in
trying to get Mr. Correa reimbursed for his long distance
telephone calls. We are submitting vouchers claiming
reimbursement for the calls, and we believe he will be
paid for the calls already made. However, it has been
requested that the calls be made "collect" hereafter.
Thus, they will be put on the normal bill to the National
Security Council and there will be no federal tax involved.
I believe this will be, perhaps, more convenient
for you also.
