I wish to confirm our conversation over the telephone
and to tell you that I am arranging for the Survey Group
to hold meetings with the various intelligence people on
Monday November 22 and Tuesday November 23. I am sending
out the invitations today and will not know know until next
week who will be present. I will let you know once the
schedule is firm.
I expect to see Allen on Sunday when he stops over in
Washington on his way back from Florida, I will probably
get in touch with you in New York, as I think it may be
desirable for us to meet in New York the weekend preceeding
the full dress meetings in Washington.
Please let me know if you wish rye to reserve a hotel
room for you.
