SUBJECT: Assignment of Agency Top Secret
Control Officer
1. Chief Information Systems Security
Group/OS as een assigne the function of Agency Top Secret
and Treaty Organization Control Officer. This assignment is
a result of my transfer to the Community Security Group/SECOM.
2. I wish to express my appreciation and thanks to all
of you for supporting the Top Secret Control effort during
the last four years. I know that my feelings are shared by
the ISSG/OS personnel who have worked with me during this
time.
3. I believe that recent events indicate the importance
of a good document inventory and control system. Your efforts
during the current inventory and upon its completion will
provide the needed accuracy to the Top Secret Control Auto-
mated Data System (TSCADS).
