19 In connection with Friday's IAC Meeting, the
circular memo to the IAC Members,, dated 11 February, stated
that the enclosed draft of the reply to the Executive Secre-
tary of the NSC would he up for approval. (This reply was
drafted after the meeting of the Standing Committee Members
and based on their suggestions,)
2,, On the 15th General Irwin said that he would like
to have the telegram of February 1!. from the Military Attache
at Rome discussed at the forthcoming IAC Meeting, so it was
circulated to the IAC Members on February 16 by special.

and where it is. We also wonder why the MA in Rome thinks
that there may be unfavorable publicity in the United States.,
