SUI:'a;CT: Uniform classification according to objects
The coverage of object classes 11, Personnel compensation and 12,
Personnel benefits, is hereby revised as set forth in the attached revised
first sheet of Attachment A of Circular No. A-12, dated July 22, 1960.
The major change is to move cost-of-living allowances, applicable
in the territories and in the States of Alaska and Hawaii, from object
class 12 to class 11, in the examples listed. In addition, the listing
of examples of payments to other funds under object class 12 i::s :Wevised
to include. payments for accident compensation, which will be required
beginning in fiscal year 1963.
