le The customary meeting of the IAC will be held on Friday,
18 February at 2:30 P. M. in the Director's Conference Room, Admin-
istration Building,, 2430 "E" Street, N *W* The Deputy Director, CIA.,
will preside due to the fact that the Director will be out of town,
2. It is anticipated that the only subject for discussion will
be the enclosed draft of the IACIs joint reply to the Executive
Secretary, NSCO This is based on the conclusions reached in the
9 February meeting of the Standing Committee which considered the
Conclusions and Recommendations that pertained to the IAG in the
Dulles Report,
3o It is hoped that at this IAC meeting the IAC's joint reply
on the Dulles Report may be finalized, It will form one section of
the reply. Other sections will comprise CIA's own comments on the
Report and the individual comments of the IAC members, as requested
in the DCI's Circular Memorandum to the IAC members, dated 25 Jan-
uary 1949.
