SUBJECT: Ten-year Review of Documents
1. The documents listed in the attachment have been reviewed
in connection with the 7 August 1972 New York Times request for
declassification. It was determined that the documents are
protected under Exemptions 5(B) 1, 2, and 3 of Executive Order
11652, and that the original classification of all the documents
shall continue.
2. The review, completed by the undersigned (Position
on 31 August 1972, constitutes a ten-year review under
paragraph D, Section 5, EO 11652, and Part III, paragraph B2,
