by the Coordination Staff of the Director of Central Intelli-
gence on the basis of information in witted by USIB member
agencies.
The agency program su>maaari= ed herein are based upon the
tentative plans and estimates of each USIB umber agency, and
are therefore subject to further review and revision bi
accordance with the normal budgetary process. In addition,
the activation of the Defense Intelligence ncy will
undoubtedly result in modifications of the military service
program as described in the attachment.
The United States Intelligence Board, after coatsicderati
of the attached ands, h w agreed to the following actions:
a. Consistent with moved Joint Study Group
Recornc action No. 9, endorse in principle the need for
the procurement of fa owed FLINT collection and
processing ecuiXent. (See page 4 of attach attachment.)
