They are: 1 Maritime Sector - Suli.na: includes the coast from Sulina to Sfantu Gheorghe. 2 Maritime Sector - Sfantu Gheorghe: includes the coast from Sfantu Gheorghe to Mamaia. 3 Maritime Sector - Constanta: includes the seacoast from Mamaia to Constanta. 4 Maritime Sector - Mangalia: includes the seacoast from Constanta to Mangalia. 3 Maritime sectors located in theStowns?ofThe commands Sulina, Sfantu Gheorghe and Mangalia. 4. Organization of Maritime Sectors: Each Maritime sector has a similar organization. The equipment varies and consists of guns of all calibers, between 75 n and 405 mm. A Maritime Sector is composed of: one coastal artillery regiment, one antitank gun company, and one company of 814 mm caliber mortars, 5. Organization of the Coastal Artillery Regiment: three coastal artillery companies, one antitank company. The artillery company is composed of three batteries with four guns in each battery. The guns are 75 mm caliber Skoda type. The mortar company has four mortars of 81.4 mm caliber, of the Resita type. The antitank thare em able installed companies s within the beeach maritime aches. The artillery equipment is of various makes: Bofors, Schneider, Skoda, Krupp, and Builov. Some of the ecpLipnent is either worn or old. The Soviet advisor to the Navy Command promised, during an inspection of the coast, that the old equipment would be replaced with new material sent-by the USSR. The Soviet advisor was in charge of supply and maintenance of arms. 7.
