Journal - Office of Legislative Counsel Thursday - 28 September 1972 At the request of I I met with Ray Sebeus, Administrative Assistant, and Tonie McKensie, Office Manager for Representative George Danielson (D. , Calif. ). I explained the background of the case of Page 2 constituent who is seeking assistance to secure unemployment compensation. 25X1 6. Met with Miss Dorothy Fosdick, Staff Director, National Security and International Operations Subcommittee who told me that Senator Jackson is planning to travel to China some time after the elections. Mr. Charles Horner, of the Subcommittee staff, will be handling the trip preparations. Miss Fosdick asked if a briefing could be scheduled for herself and Mr. Horner on China. She said information we could provide on China/Japan negotiations would also be appreciated. I told her I would relay her request. 7.
