our files on S. 1035. We do not have John Macy's testimony,
but in the file is a copy of the Attorney General's letter to
Senator Ervin. C)ur analysis is contained in the copy of the
Jetter to Chairman Rivers of our Subcommittee: and a copy
of this was forwarded in draft by my letter to Mr. Yeagley.
This was replied to by the enclosed letter from Mr. Wozencraft.
Ae I mentioned at the meeting today, Len ' seeker gave
the Secretary a tentative opinion on 30 August l96^, , which I
assume can be obtained from the Department of State.
