WASHINGrotd. --- A memo from the White
House recently arrived at a desk in the State
Department.
On one corner of the memo was this em-
phatre note: I
'This must be accomplished by Nov. '+!,
1963."
It was initialed "J. F. K."
Altho November lacks a 31st day, just to be
on the safe side the State Department official
concerned plans to have the task accomplished
by the end of the month, Nov. 30, theoretically
a day in advance.
