The minutes of the Thirty-fourth meeting were approved as written. 2. Status reports from Working Groups.- 25X1 a. Common Intelligence Report Format The Chairman reported the adoption by CIA. of a common. information report form for CS, 00 and C;R information reporting. All elements of document identification are standardized. as to tex-minology and location in the CIA masthead format. The Working Group expects now to expedite the adjustment of variations in report format between the AHIP Agencies. 25X1 b. Document Security Indications The Chairman reported that many of the variations in application of security indications on CIA reports have related, to the absence of common fornat. Action reported in paragraph a. above together with experiments on reproduction of stamped rather than, typed indications now pave the way for early adoption of standard practices.
