1. Between 16 and 19 September 1950 a shipment, comprising 500 rolls of telephone
wire, 200 cases of telephone and radio communications supplies, 3,000 track
tires, 40 3.-ton army trucks," and 500 drums of gasoline, arrived at,Whawpoa.
All was turned over to the Communist 15 Army Grout/ in Canton, by which it was
sent to Hankow between 23 and 26 September on the Canton?Hankow railroad.
2. Between 20 and 28 September Communists at Chiun 'chow (11021, 20-02) were
sending iron ore mined at Peili (108-43, 19-08) to Whampoa by motor junk.
By 28 September. 10,000 tons of iron are were stored in Communist naval
warehouses in Whampoa, and were intended for sale in Hong }bong in order to
got foreign exchange.
3. During the morning of 27 September, 4 steam tugs and 15 junks, loaded with
a total of 1,000 drums of gasoline and kerosene, left Macao for Kongmoon.
The drums will be sent to Shuinan (K.I3 ), west of ?tongmoon, for storage in
warehouses of the Iongmoon Military Control Commission.
