1. Recent changes have taken place in the apparatus of the KXE which are
intended no safeguard the Party from the Security Police.

Party) were in. the process of clearing all Party members? the Politburo
ordered Party officials not to contact other Party members for a period
of ten days. airing this period they were assigned the following tasks

as cafes, playgrounds;, factories and churches
& Establish two "yafkas" (secret meting places) from every KOB
and select personas to specializes in writing slogans,
e,, Choose new militant members of the KLCE to be brought in contact
with the underground mechanism of riobilizationo
8,, As an exception, it was announced by the KDA that the First "Achti_da"
