. I would like to have you prepare an all-source analysis
e probable degree of knowledge that the Soviet* have as to
our satellite photography. The fact of satellite photography is
obvious to all but I have a feeling we may have our head in the
sand as to the degree of knowledge the Soviets have as to resolu-
tion, prograaxning, readout, etc.
