4?. Mr. Becker, as chairman of the ad hoc committee t,Thich
.surveyed this field (IAC-M-79), called the members attention to
the fact that the ad hoc committee's report had recommended a
resurvey six months from approval of the report and that that would
be next month. He recommended that such resurvey be postponed six
additional months, and this was agreed, in tYze light of progress
now being made.
