1. Action: The minutes of the last meeting, 11 December 1952
(IAC-M-91), were approved.

2. Action: Approved, subject to consideration by the IAC
of an amendment proposed by the DD/I, The Joint Staff. Agreed to
restrict preliminary dissemination to IAC members; final distribution
not to occur until after the estimate has served the immediate
purpose of its primary requestor.

foreward as to its purpose, limitations, and the degree of concurrence
