5. Action: AgrcF!d that a crash estimate on Russian intentions
and capabilities in respect of Berlin should be prepared for consi-
deration at the next meeting, it being understood that the draft
would be prepared by ONE without consideration by the agencies of
Terms of Reference or without agency contributions and that the
representatives would meet on this proposal the first of next week.
