Potato field - early stage; center row and two left rows dwarfed due to lime insufficiency; right rows and extreme left rows healthy young plants. 6. Potato field - bloom stage; foreground plants small and weak due to insufficient lime; center rows normal and healthy. #7 Potato field unknown stage (either pre or post-blooming stage); severe infestation of late blight disease; green plants are of disease resistant varieties.
