Thank you for forwarding the memorandum from General Bradley
under cover of your memorandum of March ]i. In accordance with
your suggestion in paragraph 2, we have read the document and
return it herewith.
You will be interested in the Top Secret intelligence report
which turns out to be identical, except for editorial
changes, with the report forwarded b General Bradley. It appears,
therefore, that either have made available their 25X1
report through intelligence channels as well as through NATO or
that your agency has already distributed the report as received
from General Bradley.
The report is extremely interesting and valuable.
