SUBJECT . Change in Committee Membership -
NSC Special Committee on Technical
Surveillance Countermeasures
1. This memorandum suggests action on your part. Such
action is requested in paragraph 3.
2. Attached is a proposed letter to Mr. William O. Boswell,
Chairman, NSC Special Committee on Technical Surveillance
Countermeasures, nominating as an interim 25X1
member of the S ecial Committee. This change is necessary because
the regular Agency representative, has been
nominate to attend the National War College and will not be available
to represent the Agency on the Committee for approximately one year.
has been in charge of the Audio Countermeasure
Program of the Agency fora roximately eighteen months and has
worked closely with on Committee matters.
