These men art- being transferred because of their alleged connection
with the extortion of money from well-to-do Chinese in Cheribon. Some
'Chinese in Cheribon have been errosted on suspicion or trumped up charges
and in order to be released from Jail immediately, were forced to give
the police money. News of this practice has gotten out and the Ministry
of Inter.; or was forced to take some action.
