MEMORANDUM FOR:
The Honorable
Allen W. Dulles
Acting Director of Central Intelligence
Implementation of PSB D-21/2:
"A National Psychological Strategy
with respect to Berlin".
Section VI of PSB iD-21/2: "A National Psychological Strategy
with respect to Berlin", states that the administrative provisions
outlined in Section VI of PB D_21 will prevail for the implementation
of this strategy.
In arranging for implementation of PSB D-21, it was agreed that
the Departments of State and Defense, the Central Intelligence Agency,
and the Office of the Director for Mutual Security would each designate
a substantive officer of appropriate level to work with the Acting
Assistant Director, Office of Coordination, PSB. These officers have
been named and have already met once to discuss the implementation of
PSB D_2l.
Accordingly, I am instructing my staff to deal with the same
designees on matters concerning the implementation of P6B D-21/2.
