3. Mr. Bush's Departure's
The Director of Security noted that Mr. Bush, upon his
departure as DCI, spoke highly of the Office of Security
and its personnel. He was particularly complimentary
in comments directed to the DCI Protective Staff.
4. Edwin Moore, II Case
The trial for Mr. Moore has been set for 20 March. In
the interim, it is anticipated that negotiations between
the Agency and the Justice Department will continue in
efforts to identify documents found in Mr. Moore's
possession which are appropriate for release in court.
5. Security Access Control System (SACS)
Recent testing of the Security Access Control System,
the Badge Machine, disclosed that certain components
integral to the arm mechanism require reconfiguration.
At present, several TRW senior engineers and Agency
officers are seeking resolution of this hardware problem.

6. Format of Weekly Staff Meeting
The Director of Security remarked that. the Weekly Staff
meeting provides an effective means to share information
with Office managers and personnel. He recommended, however,
that it might be useful to take a close look at the format
and frequency of these meetings and consider suggestions
to facilitate improvement. The DD/P$M will follow-up
and coordinate this request and provide the Director of
Security with appropriate suggestions.
7. IG Survey
On 31 January 1977, the Office of Inspector General
will begin a survey addressing the Agency's compliance
with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act.
It is anticipated that IG representatives will be
contacting the Office of Security relative to this
inquiry in due course,
