TEXT: A catalogue of photoelectric magnitudes and colors of reference
ph~tometri- stars In Kapteynts areas is necessary to reduce zero-points of
scales of stellar magnitudes to a sIngle system, as well as In allowance for
atmospheric extinction. The authors set forth the task of observatior, of all
reference ptiotometric stars In 131) Kapteyn's areas ( ', > -15 0). In the future.
obsr-vatlons should be extended to the entire southern half )f the sky. 7'wo
methods are briefly described (Ye. Rybka and V. B. Nikonov) for compiling suet,
a catalogue. Both of the methods are applied to the same observational data ob-
tained in Crimea by means of an A3T-7 (AZT-7) meniscus telescopo. In more

drawn pipes. After rterystallizatina, the strength of rolled pipes is higher than
the strength of drawn pipes and thezmfore they can be heated to 100 degree hi r
temperatures. Reat treatment of ro-UAd nonrusting pipes (at UM-1.15W) is higwr
by 3W-4CM than the recrystallizat:Lon level during work and assures fu1l removal
of work hardening. Best treatment of drawn nourustIng pipes (1000-1050C) colneld"

hardening f& dram pipes, careful observation of metal t4operature Is z%quLzvd.
