DD/A/ODP WEEKLY REPORT
Week of 29 July - 4 August 1977
I. Major Activities During the Past Week:
A. Support to OP
PERSIGN Integrated Personnel Information System.
Work is progressing on the specifications for the EOD
action. To date, the analysts are on schedule for
their 21 October completion of this task.
B. Support to OTR
STATINTL
PREVMAIN - A system for preventative maintenance
for Office of Training. The customer will be contacted
to ensure the receipt of the memorandum sent last week.
The memorandum described the AEMMS System being
implemented for HEB/RECD/OL. The customer was asked
to review the system requirements, input menus, and
reports to determine if his needs were met by this
system. A response is required in order to assure
the adequacy of the design to meet require-
ments.
C. Training During the Past Week:
1. A four-day course, Programming Logic, was
completed by 8 students.
2. A three-day course, Basic JCL, was completed
by 8 students.
