1. Reference (a) advised the field to hold the proceeds
from the sale of the until all accounts receivable
had been received at which time a net transfer could be made
to headquarters.
2. Head uarters has determined that the proceeds from

Fund which will be deposited in an interest-bearing bank account.
In order to establish the fund and derive the benefits of the
interest accruing from the savings account it is requested that
