1. The referenced material, and Inspection and Receiving
Reports (Forms DD-250) have been researched and proper credit,
or debit, as indicated there-on has been made. The documents
that could be verified are properly signed and listed below.
ACKNOWLEDGED PACKING SHEETS. 37, 41, 42, 43, 47, 57,
66, 71, 80, 81, 91, 92, 93, 98, X0.3: 105, 109, 110, 112, 115,
116, 118, 120, 123, (125thrul3O), 132 133, 136, 139, 140, 141,
(145 thru 179).
2. The balance of the documents could not be verified by
the depot as they covered shipments to - made by the
contractor early in the program. These documents have been
forwarded to the Detachment Supply Officer, - for him to
research for possible verification from detachment records.
Upon completion of his research the documents will be returned
to- for any further action required and then forwarded
