CONSTRUCTION ONE NM NORTH-NORTHWEST OF HUNG YEN. THREE BARRACKS
BUILDINGS WERE COMPLETED AND TWO WERE UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

SIST OF A WELL-MAINTAINED COMPOUND WALLED INTO TWO SEPARATE AND EQUAL
SECTIONS, EACH CONTAINING THREE BARRACKS BUILDINGS. AN ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING IS LOCATED AT THE SOUTH END OF THE CORRIDOR WHICH SEPARATES

THESE TWO AREAS.
THE COMPOUND IS SURROUNDED BY A TEN-FOOT WALL WITH GUARD TOWERS
AT THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS. ADJACENT TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE
AT THE CENTER OF THE SOUTH WALL IS A POSSIBLE GUARDS BILLETING AREA
CONTAINING THREE POSSIBLE BARRACKS BUILDINGS. THREE POLES ARE NOTES IN
THE AREA, ONE INSIDE THE COMPOUND AND TWO OUTSIDE, INDICATING EITHER
COMMUNICATIONS, ELECTRIC POWER, OR LIGHT STANCHIONS.
