on Monday, 15, 1961, the Deputy Director advised that it would be
permissable to maintain a copy of the Cco iptroUer General's letters
dated May 16, 1961, to the Honorable Paul J. Kildey, sled to the Director
of central Xziteuige a in a locked safe file in the main Viral Account-
ing Office Bu$i4ing. advised fur her that no special security measures
would be required because CIA is involved, but that the specific letters
should be7sin toed in safe file cabinets acceptable for storage of other
