On 24 January 1952 was returned from the
State Department requesting pages 2 through 5A be recast.
On 4 February 1952 a meeting was held at the office of
Mr. Johnson D/D FE Affairs, State Department to resolve the
issues in question.
On 7 February 1952 the Plan was recast based on the issues
discussed with Mr. Johnson.
On 11 February 1952 a sterile copy of the Plan~was forwarded
to the field for the necessary coordination and recommendation.
