It is requested that this office be furnished the following information relative to foreign-owned or financed airlines in Burma, Thailand, Indo-China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Malaya: a. Government regulations pertaining to the organization of subject airlines. b. Reports of any such airlines now operating. c. An estimate of the degree of resistance to the formation of such airlines in these countries* onversation held 10 May between 3.
