SUBJECT : Dissemination of CIA /RR IM-431, An Analysis
of the May 1956 Soviet Draft Law on Pensions,
(SECRET) (Project 41. 1110)
1. It is recommended that subject report be issued as an Intelli-
gence Memorandum and that it be given standard ORR finished intelligence
dissemination.
2. The action division for this project is Services Division, Organ-
izations Branch. The Chief, Economic Research, has read and approved
this draft.
3. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of IM-431 to be used for re-
production, and (2) standard dissemination lists for ORR finished intelli-
