SUBJECT: Request for Additional Language Study
MEMORANDUM
TO: Director of Training

1. In reference 6 memorandum, dated 6 September 1951, it is request-
ed that a permitted to extend his Russian language study
at the Berlitz School of Language at the expense of the Agency.
2. The course will include one hundred additional hours of private
instruction in the Russian language, costing $388.00. The cost of the
books required by the course is included in this amount.

fore it is felt that this additional study will make him more valuable in
his field assignment.
