1. This is to confirm the unanimous concurrence of the
contributing member agencies of the Subco mnittee in Foreign
Document Division's issuance of an unclassified "Consolidated
Translation Survey" (CTS) to contain those items applicable to
such a publication.
2. Classified items will be reported in a "Confidential."
CTS for the intelligence community.
3. The new publications will start with the February 1958
