U. The Chairman asked about additional shipments of arms
nrrs through Haiphong specifically referring to the previous ship
that brought in large helicopters. The Director stated that there had
been one more which he thought carried six more. The Chairman
re q"sted that this be checked and he be advised including whether
we know of any other ships which have departed.
