2. The attorney Renato Cigarini, born in Novara on 26 April 1901,
residin4 at Via Pietro Calvi 21, Milan, is the northern Italian
delegate of the ililano Centro Company, which has headquarters in
Rome and which was created by the PCI to invest the liquid funds
of the Party. Cigarini, 'Areasurer of the PCI, also has the job
of controlling the activities of the CO. E. BA (Compa nia Europea
Balcanica) located at Via S. Pietro all 'Onto 9, Milan.
