The following notes, transcribed as they were received from the translator, contain no indication of their author's identity but were probably written by LO Pei-yuan a Chinese Communist mentioned in several documents obtained in Hong Kong. There is no indication of the date on which they were written. Their peculiar interest lies in the fact that they afford documentary evidence of coordinated military activity between the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee and the Chinese Communist Party in South China.
