The following notes, transcribed as they were received from the translator,
contain no indication of their author's identity but were probably written
by LO Pei-yuan a Chinese Communist mentioned in several
documents obtained in Hong Kong. There is no indication of the date on
which they were written. Their peculiar interest lies in the fact that
they afford documentary evidence of coordinated military activity between
the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee and the Chinese Communist Party in
South China.

TSAI Wu-hut (, , ) has been appointed by LI Jea-chao ( f1t3 )
(LI Chi.-when) of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee to be
military commissioner for Chaoaa atd Swatow. Request the Chinese
Communists to notify the Hen River wain Corps and other responsible
military officials at Chsoan to come to a mutual understanding,
TSAI?s work is to supply information.
1. HSU Chish (g 4), commander of the New 1 Regiment of the Sun
River Main Corps, Ng Toag* and Chaoan. LI Chen.ohiang ( 5 ,) e
directing officer.
2. Vigilant Battalion at Song Po Shan and Pat Heung Shan (Fukien,
Kiangsi and Kwangtung Democratic Liberation Army),**
3. LIN Chuan (.. )iP, commander of the Anti-Levy Corps at Pat Heung
Shan. (This corpse former connection with TSAI has been severed
due to transfer.)
4. TSAI has received a telegram from HSU asking him to come to
Canton when he starts. VTU Wen-hying (;. ,.), village elder,
who was sent to meet him wanted him to bring a report (?)
reviewing the past work.
