SUPPLEMENT TO
The Spanish Charge d'Affaires in Montevideo, Pedro Seoans y Diana,
Marquee de Orellena is Vieja, has officially informed the Uruguayan
Ministry of Foreign Affairs that certain Spanish youths are being
despatched from Russia to Latin America to serve as terrorist agents
of the Soviet Union.
2. These Spaniards were brought as children from Spain to Russia during
the Spanish Civil War and educated in special terrorist schools. 'lost
have ample funds at their disposal. Some obtained documentation ir,
Prague; others through the Rumanian Legation in France,. Seoare revealed
that'a number of these potential saboteurs left for Venezuela in November
19b8, using passports of various Latin American countries, He believed

representatives,)
