Arpad Ssakasits, dormer Social Demo-
crat and President of the nucgsrian Republic, is allegedly planning to
escape from Hungary..
2. The reason given for his planned escape is based upon a report that Ssakasits
aided two leading Bulgarian Social Democrats, one of which was named Petkov
or Begov, to escape to Hungary and helped them hide in Regyoshalom prior to
their departure to the Netherlands.
